LB-73 Intra-operative surgical pathology

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 
The anatomical pathology develops a process for the provision of intraoperative surgical pathology services.
LB.73.1 There is a process for the provision of intra-operative surgical pathology services which addresses:
LB.73.1.1 Scheduling of cases.
LB.73.1.2 Specimen acceptance, accessioning, processing and testing.
LB.73.1.3 Documentation of direct verbal communication with the surgeon.
LB.73.1.4 Inclusion of the frozen section results with the final surgical pathology report







اليوم هنتكلم على خدمة بيقدمها المختبر للمرضى وهىfrozen section n   .........فيجب التنويه عنها فى Scope of service 
وتكتب بالتفصيل فى laboratory service guide (LSG) /sample directory :
1-وذلك لضمان تنظيم العملية بوجود كل من الفنى والطبيب فى وقت العملية 
2-طرقة استلام العينة 

3-طريقة عمله العينه نفسها توضع ك..(IPP) ضمن Laboratory test procedure 


وهنا بنستخدم أجهزه (كل ما يتعلق بها) من أول Procurement -validation -QC -maintenance-traning  

4-طريقة التبليغ (verbally )تشرح ب      LSG    و كما فى critical result -lB-25 

5- النتيجة النهائية للمريض (التقرير ) يجب أن يتضمن كل من : 
نتيجه Frozen section & Biopsy بعد ذلك (وليست ك Amendment result كما هنشرح بعد كده أن شاء الله )

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  ا The laboratory has a system for personnel audit trail. LB.4.1 The system allows for the identification of who performed a critical task/step. LB.4.2 The system allows for the identification of when, where, and why the task/step is performed . اليوم  مع  سيادتكم هنضع مبدأ نمشي عليه السبعين معيار القادمين باذن الله ويكون  بمثابة اتفاق الا هو .........مين ؟؟؟؟؟ عمل ايه؟؟؟؟؟؟ 😃😃😃 هي صغيره  في نظر بَعضُنَا ولكنها كبيره جدا جدا وقت الحساب (وقت المشاكل لا قدر الله ) المعني :  ان النظام القائم بالمختبر يستطيع أن يتبين مين اللي عمل الخطوه المعينه  في اي وقت وفِي اي مكان......................وهذه  سهله الي حد ما  في وجود نظام حاسب آلي  LIS  يحكم عمليات المختبر ولكن عدم وجود مثل هذا النظام ,يتطلب مجهود كبير......... اولا :فى حالة وجود الكمبيوتر : .فيكون  الآتي: نشيك علي كل أعضاء المختبر ان يكون لهم p assword خاص بيهم والعمل علي ان كل موظف  لايستعمل Password الآخرين .........واعمل تفتيش دوري علي المختبر .........للتأكد من أ،  كل شخص لايفرط فيه و

LB-6 Critical Material

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم The laboratory has a system for the receipt of incoming supplies and   services, inventory management, and tracking of critical materials . LB.6.1 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on documenting the receipt, inspection, and testing (as applicable) of incoming critical material or service. LB.6.2 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on inventory management and tracking the use of critical materials, supplies, and reagents to ensure the followin g :   LB.6.2.1 Materials are used within their expiration dates. LB.6.2.2 New reagents lot numbers are tested against old lots or suitable reference materials before use . LB.6.2.3 Kit components are used within the kit lot number .
