LB-61 Quality Control in Blood Bank Reagent

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 
1 The Blood bank and transfusion services develop a system for reagents quality control.
LB.61.1 Policies and procedures ensure performance of reagents quality control on each day of use.
LB.61.2 Policies and procedures ensure anti-sera are checked against known positive and negative cells.
LB.61.3 Policies and procedures ensure reagent Red Blood Cells are checked against known positive and negative anti-sera.
LB.61.4 Policies and procedures ensure results are checked against predefined acceptable results.
LB.61.5 Policies and procedures ensure results are reviewed and reagents are approved before use for patient testing.
LB.61.6 Corrective actions are taken for unacceptable results.
زي اي اختبار بيحدث في المختبر قبل ما تتطلع نتيجه له لازم تكون عامل QC daily
نفس التفاصيل ب LB-14

بلإضافة انك تكون عامل له:

QQQQ ممكن اجابة السؤال الثاني للسرفيير ???

AAAA  ممكن نعملها داخل بنك الدم مع ORh positive sample 
بنغسل rbcs ب  saline 
ثم نضع Anti-D وبعد  incubation 37c
ثم نغسل مره تاني  ثم نعمل 5%suspension  ونستخدمه بدل ccc
والطريقة بالظبط في policy

    I would like to ask about the method used in blood grouping should be with gel card or not

      Any accurate , validated methods from ordinary test tube up to microwell
      except slid or plat blood group which was already obsolete

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  ا The laboratory has a system for personnel audit trail. LB.4.1 The system allows for the identification of who performed a critical task/step. LB.4.2 The system allows for the identification of when, where, and why the task/step is performed . اليوم  مع  سيادتكم هنضع مبدأ نمشي عليه السبعين معيار القادمين باذن الله ويكون  بمثابة اتفاق الا هو .........مين ؟؟؟؟؟ عمل ايه؟؟؟؟؟؟ 😃😃😃 هي صغيره  في نظر بَعضُنَا ولكنها كبيره جدا جدا وقت الحساب (وقت المشاكل لا قدر الله ) المعني :  ان النظام القائم بالمختبر يستطيع أن يتبين مين اللي عمل الخطوه المعينه  في اي وقت وفِي اي مكان......................وهذه  سهله الي حد ما  في وجود نظام حاسب آلي  LIS  يحكم عمليات المختبر ولكن عدم وجود مثل هذا النظام ,يتطلب مجهود كبير......... اولا :فى حالة وجود الكمبيوتر : .فيكون  الآتي: نشيك علي كل أعضاء المختبر ان يكون لهم p assword خاص بيهم والعمل علي ان كل موظف  لايستعمل Password الآخرين .........واعمل تفتيش دوري علي المختبر .........للتأكد من أ،  كل شخص لايفرط فيه و

LB.6.1 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on documenting the receipt, inspection, and testing (as applicable) of incoming critical material or service. LB.6.2 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on inventory management and tracking the use of critical materials, supplies, and reagents to ensure the followin g :   LB.6.2.1 Materials are used within their expiration dates. LB.6.2.2 New reagents lot numbers are tested against old lots or suitable reference materials before use . LB.6.2.3 Kit components are used within the kit lot number .
