LB-48 Preparation of Platelet Leuko-depleted

48 The blood bank and transfusion services develop policies and procedures to ensure that the prepared and/or transfused Leukocyte-Reduced Platelet concentrates (LR-PC) units are handled in an appropriate manner
LB.48.1 Policies and procedures ensure that LR-PC units are prepared by a method known to retain 85%
of the platelets in the original product and a residual WBC count of less than 8.3X105 WBC/ unit
or 5X106 WBC/pool of six unites
LB.48.2 Policies and procedures ensure that 1% of the quarterly production -but not less than twelve
units every three months- are subjected to quality control testing. All tested LR-PC units have a
platelets recovery rate of more than 85% and a residual WBC count of less than 8.3X105 WBC/ unit or 5X106 WBC/pool of six units
LB.48.3 Requirements for PC preparation, storage, transport and expiration apply.

زي ما اتكلمنا علي LR-RBCs هنطبق نفس الكلام علي LR-platelet concentrate.
                         LR-PC
وبنفس السياسه ولكن مع اختلاف الحسابات
بحيث يكون اختيارك للفلتر(validation) او Qc بيعطي الآتي:
١-WBC
-في الوحده  الواحده اقل من  8.3x10power 5.
-ولكن في حاله وحده (6وحدات مع بعض)     Pooled plat بتكون اقل من 5x10power 6
*******أحب أذكر أن يجب أن تكون الوحدات المجمعه(pooling )من نفس الفصيلة.......لان وجدت هناك خطأ شائع فى ذلك 
٢- عدد plat بعد الفلتر ليس اقل  من 85%
من العدد قبل في الفلتر (لان أكيد هتخسر جزء منها في عمليه الفلتره )

    كيف نأخذ عينة قبل الفلترة من platelets??
    ارجو التوضيح لان procedure غير واضح

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  ا The laboratory has a system for personnel audit trail. LB.4.1 The system allows for the identification of who performed a critical task/step. LB.4.2 The system allows for the identification of when, where, and why the task/step is performed . اليوم  مع  سيادتكم هنضع مبدأ نمشي عليه السبعين معيار القادمين باذن الله ويكون  بمثابة اتفاق الا هو .........مين ؟؟؟؟؟ عمل ايه؟؟؟؟؟؟ 😃😃😃 هي صغيره  في نظر بَعضُنَا ولكنها كبيره جدا جدا وقت الحساب (وقت المشاكل لا قدر الله ) المعني :  ان النظام القائم بالمختبر يستطيع أن يتبين مين اللي عمل الخطوه المعينه  في اي وقت وفِي اي مكان......................وهذه  سهله الي حد ما  في وجود نظام حاسب آلي  LIS  يحكم عمليات المختبر ولكن عدم وجود مثل هذا النظام ,يتطلب مجهود كبير......... اولا :فى حالة وجود الكمبيوتر : .فيكون  الآتي: نشيك علي كل أعضاء المختبر ان يكون لهم p assword خاص بيهم والعمل علي ان كل موظف  لايستعمل Password الآخرين .........واعمل تفتيش دوري علي المختبر .........للتأكد من أ،  كل شخص لايفرط فيه و

LB.6.1 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on documenting the receipt, inspection, and testing (as applicable) of incoming critical material or service. LB.6.2 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on inventory management and tracking the use of critical materials, supplies, and reagents to ensure the followin g :   LB.6.2.1 Materials are used within their expiration dates. LB.6.2.2 New reagents lot numbers are tested against old lots or suitable reference materials before use . LB.6.2.3 Kit components are used within the kit lot number .
