LB-13 Method Correlation

13 The laboratory has a system for instruments/methods correlation.
LB.13.1 When the laboratory uses more than one method and/or instruments to test for a given analyte,
the laboratory develops and implements policies and procedures on correlation to ensure the following  :
LB.13.1.1 The correlation studies are conducted every six months.
LB.13.1.2 There is clear description of the correlation study.
LB.13.1.3 There are clearly defined acceptance criteria.
LB.13.1.4 There is a process for review and approval of the correlation results.

من المعايير المهمه في سباهي 
Correlation study 
وهذه تأتي في إطار ان المنشءه الصحيه فيها اكتر من جهاز في اكتر من مكان بالمنشءه اي بتقدم نفس الاختبار للمريض 
وعليه يجب التأكد ان المريض أينما خرجت النتيجه (من اي مختبر سواء main lab or emergency lab or satellite lab )
لاختبار معين ...الطبيب المعالج هيعطي نفس التشخيص    ..
وحتي لو مختبر واحد وعندك جهاز Back up 
هيتم تشغيله في هذه الدراسه ويتعمل QC اولا ثم ...
المطلوب سياسه عمل 
عدد المرات في السنه :مرتين -كل سته أشهر 
Specimen :patient samples(10) 
الخطوات 
-تحضير كلا الجهازين وعمل Qc ....مظبوط 
⁃ ندخل العينات في كلا الجهازين 
⁃ -وضع raw data في جدول 
⁃ ونقارن كل نتيجه ومثيلتها ويجب ان يكون الفرق بينهم في إطار TE a
⁃ مثلا for glucose TEa -/+10%
⁃ CLIA






















a
⁃ نخرج overall correlation performance ⁃ بمعني مقدار التوافق في العشر عينات المفروض يكون اكتر من 90%او يساوي ⁃ لو اقل تظهر المشكلهً ...ونبتدي نعمل ⁃ Root cause analysis &corrective action ⁃

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  ا The laboratory has a system for personnel audit trail. LB.4.1 The system allows for the identification of who performed a critical task/step. LB.4.2 The system allows for the identification of when, where, and why the task/step is performed . اليوم  مع  سيادتكم هنضع مبدأ نمشي عليه السبعين معيار القادمين باذن الله ويكون  بمثابة اتفاق الا هو .........مين ؟؟؟؟؟ عمل ايه؟؟؟؟؟؟ 😃😃😃 هي صغيره  في نظر بَعضُنَا ولكنها كبيره جدا جدا وقت الحساب (وقت المشاكل لا قدر الله ) المعني :  ان النظام القائم بالمختبر يستطيع أن يتبين مين اللي عمل الخطوه المعينه  في اي وقت وفِي اي مكان......................وهذه  سهله الي حد ما  في وجود نظام حاسب آلي  LIS  يحكم عمليات المختبر ولكن عدم وجود مثل هذا النظام ,يتطلب مجهود كبير......... اولا :فى حالة وجود الكمبيوتر : .فيكون  الآتي: نشيك علي كل أعضاء المختبر ان يكون لهم p assword خاص بيهم والعمل علي ان كل موظف  لايستعمل Password الآخرين .........واعمل ...

LB.6.1 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on documenting the receipt, inspection, and testing (as applicable) of incoming critical material or service. LB.6.2 The laboratory implements policies and procedures on inventory management and tracking the use of critical materials, supplies, and reagents to ensure the followin g :   LB.6.2.1 Materials are used within their expiration dates. LB.6.2.2 New reagents lot numbers are tested against old lots or suitable reference materials before use . LB.6.2.3 Kit components are used within the kit lot number .
